Founded in 2006, Platform Partners LLC is a Houston-based private investment firm that partners with founders and executives of companies with enterprise values typically between $25 and $250 million. We have invested in over 30 companies through a perpetual holding company structure, which allows for a long-term, patient approach to building strong, profitable companies. As of September 2024, Platform manages approximately $800 million in assets. Platform is almost always the first institutional investor, and we actively assist through identifying and funding growth initiatives, recruiting talented executives and providing access to senior in-house technology, HR and tax resources.
