Plastic Oceans Australasia’s mission is to change the world’s attitude towards plastic within a generation. We are addressing the root cause of single use plastic consumption through our comprehensive education and business programs, which deliver an easy to use pathway for systematic positive behavioural change. Single use plastic is indestructible, regardless of the recycling process. It eventually ends up in landfill or waterways, with 8 million tonnes of plastic landing in our oceans EVERY YEAR and the amount is increasing exponentially.
