We are the "Go-To" group in reactor decommissioning. We have replaced PlantDecommissioning.com with Reactor-decommissioning.com. Email us at russ@forcemfg.com. Besides supplying SME's, we have designed and build tools and machines for reactor segmentations. For the Zion decommissioning, we designed and built the three large, portable cutting tools for the reactor vessel internals. We presented to PG&E the FOAK reactor segmentation approach that was used at Humboldt Bay, in addition to fabricating support equipment. We currently provide support to many of the Tier 1 and Tier 2 D&D contractors / LLC's in the USA . We also support active power reactors with staffing and special tooling. Our network of experienced individuals have decades of experience in the repair, maintenance, and decommissioning of nuclear reactors. Our experience in every cutting process previously used in nuclear reactor internals segmentations (except for explosives!) gives us great insight to creating segmentation and packaging plans best for each site. Unlike other companies that only offer one or two cutting processes because they have no experience with others, we offer more choices. We know the good and bad applications for abrasive water jet, plasma torch, rotary saws, reciprocating saws, band saws, end mills, oxy-lance, arc saw, diamond wire, lathe cutting, shears, MDM, and EDM.
