PlantBox Information

At different times throughout the year we offer a variety of fruit trees, fruits, plant growing seeds (including coconuts), rare palms and plants (some even on the endangered species list), bamboo and more. To help with your growing project, we have a high quality supply of specialty fertilizers and irrigation materials. For the art enthusiast, we have a variety of palm fronds for weaving, dried coconuts and fronds for decorating or painting, and many other charming odds and ends for creativity. PlantBox is owned and operated by longtime entrepreneurs, palm and bamboo grove owners, and owners of an agriculture certified plant nursery, we love sharing our passion for successfully growing things! Having lived in a tropical paradise for the past 20 years, surrounded by incredible plants of a multitude of varieties, we felt that we could share the fruits of our labor. After working in this fascinating industry during those years, we are excited to offer exotic, tropical products and high professional quality supplies to fellow plant enthusiasts. PlantBox is based in Bokeelia in Southwest Florida, right next door to Matlacha - known as an artsy town. Bokeelia, the north side of Pine Island, has been an ideal place to grow palm trees, fruit trees, bamboo, and other unique plants for decades. With a 20 year history helping to run one of the largest nurseries in Florida, we created PlantBox to bring quality products from our farm to your home. For the plant enthusiast, artist, or homeowner who wants to have a bit of tropical paradise at home, PlantBox ships any size order right to your door. About Us
