Established in 1997, Plant Integrity Ltd is a technical services company which supports industrial plants and structures. Our services enable our clients to maximise operational efficiency, avoid engineering failure and reduce inspection and maintenance costs. We specialise in the use of guided wave technology for inspecting pipes in inaccessible locations such as road and river crossings, power plant tubing, risers, off-shore topside pipework, jetty lines and refinery pipework. In addition to guided wave inspections, we can also: utilise the full range of other standard, advanced and specialist NDT techniques, implement structural health and condition monitoring services and provide 3rd party oversight. All of which are supported by risk and reliability engineering services. Inspection planning: A Plant Integrity specialist can work with you to develop an inspection plan, using industry recognised methods, such as risk based inspection, based on the API 580/581 standards. 2. Inspection implementation: We have the expertise to implement your developed inspection strategy, ensuring the correct deployment of standard, advanced and/or specialist NDT inspection techniques. 3. Inspection acceptance: We can help you gain acceptance of results that have been obtained, using techniques such as engineering critical assessment (ECA) and fitness for service (FFS).
