After many years of implementing software both from a client and suppliers point of view I have decided to use my expertise to help companies improve their planning processes and increase the value of their planning tools. Not completely realizing up front what an advanced planning tool will change we often see that the organization is not prepared. Processes are not or insufficiently in place, planners are not or insufficiently prepared and schooled for their tasks. This leads to increased implementation times and tools that are only partly put to use. All in all thousands of euro’s are wasted which could have been avoided through better preparation. My passion is to help organizations avoid these extra costs and increase employer satisfaction through better planning.
