PlanMyLeave is a cloud based online leave management system designed for maintaining employee data for single and multi-location small and medium enterprises. The web application has a simple and user friendly interface with a dashboard that presents pertinent user information at a glance. Employees can login and get immediate and transparent access to their leave entitlements-while managers can view all employees' leave history, leave balances, pending leave applications and quickly authorize leave requests. PlanMyLeave offers fully featured flexible multi-location based settings normally found in enterprise class applications. PlanMyLeave has user friendly interfaces to maintain the repository of employee data and can interface with other payroll systems. An important feature is forward accruals " showing how many days of leave an employee will accrue at a future date based on the leave policy set for a leave type. So even if your current leave balance for a leave type is zero - and you need to see six months ahead how many days you would accrue assuming full attendance - you can check the forward balance as on the leave start date. PlanMyLeave allows companies to have custom location based settings for departments, teams, holidays, job titles and hiretypes and to set leave types and approval paths at each level down to individual employee level. You can run managerial reports at all levels. PlanMyLeave eliminates the need for paperwork in managing employee data and leave requests. Once an employee has viewed his or her leave entitlements on their online calendar they can plan and place a leave request by simply selecting the dates and type of leave and placing the request. The request would go as an email and show up in notifications in the application. Approvals follow a preset approval path that can be customized at upto six default hierarchical levels.
