Planix, Inc. provides network and UNIX systems services and support through project and maintenance contracts as well as on demand. Our expertise includes software design, development, and maintenance for UNIX and compatible systems; design and administration of networks; Internet services planning, configuration, and management; as well as systems and network security consulting and auditing. Our clients and projects over the years have spanned a very wide spectrum. Systems and network level work provides a common theme across all our business and almost always some aspect of the Internet has been involved. Indeed a significant portion of our business has been done with ISPs. Planix has been involved in one way or another with bringing the interent for the first time to a significant number of customers and companies in Southern Ontario through our support of ISPs and helping companies connect securely to the Internet.
