Planet Surf was born in 1997, sparked by our founder’s fascination with the American - Australian surfing lifestyle and fashion. What began as a dream quickly took shape in Yogyakarta’s Galleria Mall, where our very first store proudly stood in a bustling corner, offering a curated mix of the era’s most sought-after surf brands. It didn’t take long before Planet Surf became a sensation a destination for those craving a fresh wave of style. From those humble beginnings, we’ve grown into a powerhouse of 68 outlets, spanning from Banda Aceh to Jayapura with more still to come. Today, Planet Surf carries 14 brands (and counting), each with its own unique character: from bold and edgy to timeless classics, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
