Plance was founded in 2006 as an agile Java development and consulting company. We focus on web development, test automation, team extension and remote agile teams through nearshoring. Over the years, our team of experienced developers has built a very successful track record of consulting jobs and medium-sized projects for various customers. We are committed to a pragmatic approach, solving customer problems step-by-step, without ever loosing sight of the overall business objectives. On most of our projects we augment our local team of self-managed professionals with our longtime Ukrainian and Belorussian software developers, practicing remote agile collaboration.
