Planarific Information

Planarific is a University of Cambridge spin-out applying AI to deliver spatial intelligence for the built environment. Our SaaS platform transforms imagery (from drones, mobile, and other sources) into high-fidelity, semantically enriched 3D building models — unlocking deep property-level insights at scale. We are initially focused on UK housing retrofit, enabling portfolio analysis, typology and feature matching, and the ability to assess, plan, and deliver interventions with speed and accuracy. Founded in 2022 and supported by Innovate UK, we are accelerating the decarbonisation of housing by making retrofit scalable and data-driven. Our technology supports local authorities, housing associations, social housing providers, landlords, property owners, and energy and utility companies — providing 3D models, property-level analytics, and housing stock insights at scale. While retrofit is our entry point, our platform extends across the property lifecycle — from planning and valuation through to insurance and asset management.
