Vertical Works is devoted to Agile based development practices. We believe in iterative development, not waterfall development. Tras más de una década de experiencia en importantes proyectos de la región, el Arquitecto Felipe Mejía Lamprea emprendió una sociedad familiar con el sueño de darle a miles de familias un hogar digno que representa un nuevo comienzo. Es así como después de 14 años hemos entregado proyectos como: Torres de Santa Marta, Provenza, Cerritos Home, Cerritos Mall y Sideral. En la actualidad nos encontramos desarrollando otros como Terrah, Botániko, Cormorán, Bela Vista, Fika, Calmo y el mega proyecto Ciudad Bokorá que sin duda es el desarrollo urbanístico más importante de los últimos 50 años en Pereira y con el que construiremos en un solo proyecto más de 90 mil metros cuadrados.
