Placemakers Pro Information

Placemakers Pro was created by architect, Serina Calhoun, and attorney for the AEC industry, Verita Molyneaux with one simple idea; To make the practice of design easier. Our passion is actually to tell the story of every building in the world. After all, the places we move through every day can leave lasting impressions. But first, we wanted to build a tool that will immediately benefit our industry. Placemakers Pro is building an online tool to standardize property information searches across every city in the country. We're tired of spending hours searching through countless websites just to find property dimensions, zoning designations, height limits, etc. We're also tired of waiting for 30 days to get copies of plans for projects we've been hired to work on. Our tool will help you get the information you need in an instant so you can get to where you really want to be; bringing your vision to life. Not only will we provide property information in one easy-to-use site for every city, we will also provide you with links to all the city codes, information about pending and recently approved legislative updates, and a forum so you can easily team up with other professionals to benefit your practice. Our BETA launch for the City of Oakland is coming soon. We hope you'll sign up to try out our tool and give us your honest feedback! Just visit our website and sign up!
