John and Elaine De Jager founded Partners In Learning (PLAC) in 2004. Over the past nine years they developed partnerships with over thirty private Christian schools from across the United States. Partners provided the placement and support services to international students from South Korea, China, Japan, Vietnam and Brazil. We hope to continue to expand our services and include other international communities. We invite any non-U.S. resident student to consider attending a private, Christian school in the U.S. Partners In Learning's primary focus is helping international students reach academic excellence, achieve their goal of mastering their English skills and develop life long values.
