P&L Consulting Team Joins Ernst &Young as they expand their Private Equity Business New York, 22 March 2013 — Ernst & Young LLP announced today that Shawn Pride, the founder and chief executive officer of P & L Consulting Group, along with her former team, have joined the firm’s Financial Services Office (FSO) in New York and Dallas. P & L Consulting Group was a boutique advisory company focused on fund administration system selection, implementation and design for private equity (PE), as well as other select alternative investment managers. In her new role, Pride will lead the US advisory services for private equity firms. “The P & L Consulting Group’s arrival at Ernst & Young comes at a pivotal time in the industry − a point where asset management operating models, including private equity, must adapt to fast-changing business, investor and regulatory demands,” said Carmine DiSibio, Vice Chair and Managing Partner, Financial Services, Ernst & Young LLP. “Shawn’s leadership, and the collective talent of the team, will enhance our ability to assist clients in improving the production, management and deployment of information across their enterprise.” Pride has 15 years’ consulting experience, including 13 years’ advisory experience working with leading private equity fund managers. She began her career at Accenture and will now be a principal in the Ernst & Young LLP FSO Advisory practice. Pride will be based in New York.
