We are offering coaching and consulting in the area of training, nutrition, posture and daily activity, where all services are based on a broad scientific knowledge. In our opinion, sense and control of movement are two fundamental skills for a healthy and powerful body. Therefore our services focus predominantly on movement quality rather than movement quantity.Our biggest approach is to help clients improving their performance and/or health gradually and permanently. There are no magic tools to take the easy way but countless variants and ways for optimization based on human and natural principles.We are pleased and willing to help you to reach your goal - be it large or small.
