We love pizza! We believe a crispy light crust, warm gooey cheese, and savory delicious sauce are the perfect combination to create the world’s most beloved food. For years, we settled for frozen pizza or delivery from many of the well known chains without ever experiencing the joys of making a fresh homemade pizza. Like most pizza loving families, we did not realize we were overpaying for average tasting pizza, which could have been made at home in less time than delivery. We never realized how much better pizza could taste by using fresh ingredients and enjoying it right out of our oven. It was not until one Friday evening, several years ago, that family pizza night around our house was about to change forever. We said to goodbye to grease, soggy crust, and room temperature delivery. Farewell to flavorless toppings and dried out crust from the freezer section. It was time to make real pizza.
