The company was founded by Jo Lusby and Michelle Lombard in 2016. A fluent Chinese speaker, Jo is a veteran of the trade book publishing industry in Asia and a specialist on creative and IP business in China. Michelle is a seasoned corporate executive and accredited MBTI trainer, experienced in running and managing multinational education and news media businesses across Asia, and working with start-ups and entrepreneurs. Pixie B’s range of services includes market intelligence, training and leadership development, and consulting on business strategy. We work to connect book, film, television, and gaming content with quality partners and business opportunities.
