Application Review: Once candidates submit their application, we review each and every application to validate they meet the set requirements and skillset. Phone Screening: Each candidate is put through a thorough phone screening from one of our talent acquisition team members. This is where we validate their application and ensure they are a good fit for the position. All questions and answers are logged for review. Prospect to Client Scheduling: Once a candidate(s) is selected by you, we coordinate a date and time between both parties for an in-person interview
