Helen is a pharmacist by background and has over 20 years’ experience gained from working within medical affairs in both the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Having been involved in the establishment of the only professional body for MSLs within the UK and Ireland in 2010 (www.msla.org.uk) and held the role of Chairman between 2012 – 2015 she has an excellent understanding of the function. Helen has worked for Novartis, Roche & Celgene and has significant experience as both an MSL and an MSL hiring manager/director.\r\n\r\nStefano is an experienced headhunter in the life science field and owner of an established and successful life science recruitment company. He has successfully led and completed over 100 recruitment mandates ranging from mid-management to VP level predominantly in the field of medical affairs.
