Distilled by the traditional bain-marie method to ensure it’s dry and mighty. Ten botanicals, beautifully balanced in Italy, with bergamot and sage taking centre stage. It’s ultra dry, herbaceous, classic, refined. A flavour profile built for classic cocktails and the ultimate G&T; PiùCinque, an elegant glass, ice, tonic; sage. PiùCinque was developed by four friends who like gin so much that they decided to make their own. A fine gin, for those who appreciate things complex but not complicated. Designing a classic dry gin with character took time. After many months of tasting and debating, one small bottle won. It was labelled PiùCinque (‘plus five’), which indicated the intensity of the botanicals. We liked it so much that it became our name.
