Pittsburgh Area Computer Services Information

Pittsburgh Area Computer Services was founded in 2002 under the corporate name of On the Side Computing, Inc. The founding partners had been independently servicing personal computers for several years, before deciding to form a joint computer servicing company. Their primary focus was the service and maintenance of small and medium size businesses, generally under 20 machines. After seven years of mainly onsite repairs, our company needed a larger location, and we decided to open our first retail location in 2009. Once the retail location was opened we once again expanded our focus to include personal computers and in home service. While our location is located in Ambridge, PA, we service companies and homes in Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, and Washington Counties. In addition to being our consumer drop off and pick up center, our retail location carries a wide variety of computers, parts and electronic accessories.
