PIR2-Management's experience is based on 25+ years in the industry, in the fields of Microelectronics, Hardware, Firmware/Software, Telecom, Cellular. This experience encompasses from system & technical roles to Business management experience with special emphasis on projects, team and people and knowledge management. PIR2-Management’s main assets are competences and capabilities, available for customers : • Assessment of strategies, teams, projects, tools, processes, practices. • Capability to reengineer if needed, but also to keep & fix, to tailor to the exact needs and size. • Coach or drive execution and track it with efficient and effective methods. • Coach or drive product industrialization with steep ramp-ups. • Put in place development processes, practices and knowledge management to ensure repeatability across project and product generations
