Pipsa Software Ltd was founded in summer 2025 by team of Liz Bosanquet, Timo Railo and Jouko Kuisma. Liz Bosanquet is a highly respected social worker with over 20 years of experience in children’s services. She previously founded Collective Space to improve social work through systemic, relationship-based practice and has supported transformation programmes in over 30 local authorities. Liz has now stepped in as the CEO of Pipsa Software and head visionary for PipsaFlow, Pipsa Software's upcoming product. CTO Mr. Timo Railo is a creative builder with over 30 years of experience in software industry. Timo leads the architecture and product development of PipsaFlow, ensuring the platform is robust, innovative, and aligned with the needs of social work professionals. COO Mr. Jouko Kuisma brings over 25 years of experience in health and social care software and consulting. He oversees operations and strategy, drawing on his background in both technology and business leadership. PipsaFlow is a revolutionary software platform designed by social workers, for social workers. It creates space for the kind of social work that matters most — thinking beyond checklists and forms. PipsaFlow is currently being built, soon piloted and then launched commercially in the UK in early 2027, addressing urgent sector needs with a scalable, evidence-based solution.
