Pipex Limited was established in 1975 by Founder and Chairman Alan Smith and is a privately owned, family run, UK manufacturing business. In addition to the manufacture of our construction products and systems we offer innovative design, project management, installation and unrivalled engineering support services & projects experience. Pipex Limited owns & operates a group of companies trading under the PIPEX px® global trading name. The group consists of Pipex Limited and 5 separate trading subsidiaries, each established to provide our valued customers with materials & products, focus & expertise, for specific construction applications. Our materials of manufacture are high quality, corrosion resistant thermoplastics (PP & HDPE) and advanced composites (FRP, GRE, GRP & GRV). Pipex px® pipe systems, bespoke fabrications and structures are installed in a diverse range of applications from “waste water to warships.” Our main markets include (but are not limited to) Power, Water, Industrial, Transport, Oil, Gas, Marine, Offshore, Green/Renewable, Subsea & Specialist Manufacturing. At Pipex we strive to ensure our products and services meet a level of excellence. We have been awarded many 3rd party approvals, industry awards and customer endorsements. We work to the internationally recognised ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards which we have achieved.
