At Piper Services Ltd we specialise in MIG, TIG and MMA welding. Our skilled workforce offer a range of industrial welding, fabrication and pipe fitting of bespoke fabrications to the manufacture and installation of pipework systems - in particular the manufacture of HP vessels, tanks, skids, pipework, PAU's, structural steelwork and uniquely, the CCUS pilot plant at one of the largest power plants in the UK. In late 2023 we joined the Ropsley Group of which has significantly increased the Piper Services offering into the market. Ropsley comprises: PJD Mechanical Engineering - PJD are mechanical specialists with over 40 years' experience providing a full range of repair, maintenance, upgrade and installation services. This includes a core competence of working with pressure parts and completing projects up to £20m in value. Green's Power - one of Europe's largest providers of boiler equipment and inventor of the Economiser. Services include the design and manufacture of economisers, waste heat boilers, flue gas coolers, heat exchangers and other boiler pressure parts. Green's Power is based in Wakefield, where it was formed in 1821. ACTTnow - a specialist training business focussed on delivering key accreditations for our industry such as confined space, first aid, IOSH, working at height as well as many more. We have broadened our portfolio of courses through collaboration with the ECITB an CITB bringing relevant skills training directly to the core of each sector. HEGS PHE - supplies, services, refurbishes and tests heat exchange equipment to help customers minimise downtime and maximise equipment performance. Includes shell & tube, plate heat and air-cooled heat exchangers amongst others. HUNT Thermal - providing a wide range of heat exchange and industrial/marine boiler products, including shell & tube heat exchangers, air cooled condensers, fin fans and many other types of bespoke heat exchange equipment.
