We started building e-commerce platforms and ERP integrations. Custom systems for businesses that needed their operations connected — inventory, orders, payments, logistics. Then we built WorkTrack, a task management system for teams that needed structure without bureaucracy. From there, the pattern became clear: every client had data everywhere and answers nowhere. So we moved into business intelligence — dashboards, reports, KPIs. Then machine learning — prediction, classification, anomaly detection. Each step brought us closer to what enterprises actually needed: not more tools, but connected intelligence. Today, that evolution is Umiq. Everything we learned about connecting systems, structuring data, and applying AI — compressed into an open intelligence infrastructure. Built in Chile, deployed for enterprises that need their AI to know their business.
