Pinnacle Performance Group Information

Pinnacle Performance was founded in 1998 by Mana Doran. She formed an alliance with John Ledworth of Action Associates who had over 30 years of experience in the coaching and training industry. In 1999 Pinnacle Performance began working with such clients as the US Post office and General Dynamics and grew rapidly. During this time, Jeremy Doran was working at a Fortune 500 company where he was coaching country managers throughout Europe on how to grow their business in the Service Provider market. This is where he developed his love of coaching. After that, he started a franchise business, where he quickly began coaching the entire franchise system on goal setting, business plans and marketing. It was evident that coaching and training were Jeremy's calling. In 2013, Pinnacle Performance purchased Action Associates, greatly expanding their capacity as well as the depth and scope of solutions offered. With this expansion, Jeremy joined Pinnacle Performance and began leading the training and coaching initiatives.
