We are a local, family owned, full service law firm owned and operated by Mother and Daughter, Laverne Pinkney and Charlene Pinkney Ferguson. Born and raised in South Florida, we have more than 38 years of combined legal experience. Some of our experience includes: Attorney Laverne Pinkney previously served as Chief Legal Counsel for the Department of Children and Families; Broward County Special Master, 17th Circuit Court; and Traffic Court Magistrate/ Hearing Officer, 11th Judicial Circuit; Attorney Charlene Pinkney Ferguson has served as a Staff Attorney for the Judges of the 17th Judicial Circuit, Family Law/Domestic Violence Division; co-authored several published Appellate Judicial Opinions; served on the Florida Bar Attorney Grievance Committee and Florida Bar Statewide Advertising Committee.
