In early 2012, a conversation in a parking lot led to the realization of the need for a better way to bring real estate services to the market in Maryland. We saw a growing need for the hands-on feel of a boutique firm with the experience, contacts, and connections of a national firm. We assembled a team of the best and brightest in the market and set out to differentiate ourselves from the competition. We decided to flip the typical real estate corporate structure and put our experienced executives on the front lines, actively leading each project.
