Pinehurst School Foundation Information

The Pinehurst Foundation is a nonprofit organization helping individuals in the community who are experiencing serious medical/physical restraints and lack the financial ability to meet the demands associated. Our goal is to provide financial assistance for medical and physical aids to enhance a person's quality of life and empower them to live a positive life in their community. The foundation's charter requires that all approved benefit payments be made directly to service providers. Please fill out the form below to the best of your ability. The board of directors will then review your application for assistance and determine if benefits are possible. Include any information regarding the beneficiaries medical and/or physical restraints, current and/or future financial liabilities, available insurance and/or financial resources and the family's long-term financial prognoses.
