Pinearq. S.L Information

Pinearq is a company offering global services and specialising in the development of complex facilities for the health sciences, with a consolidated team with a history of more than 30 years in practice together. Our experience accounts for continued improvements in how we do things, in our capacity to adapt to differing places, and our ability to work with different formulas of cooperation and management. Pinearq projects are typified by being centred on the creation of humanised high technology spaces. This practice has been the fruit of continued research into new methods and an involvement in various teaching programmes. From it we have developed the commandments which we respect when developing any project and their application can be complex in public buildings of high performance – although they deal with basic principles which seem evident. In Pinearq, the management of quality, the environment and risk prevention are integrated into a single system which achieves the optimisation and minimisation of time and resources, improvements in management, a greater participation and trust among staff, meaning satisfaction both for workers and for suppliers and clients. In addition, the financial sustainability of the projects is fundamental to Pinearq. For this reason we concentrate on collaborative architectural work supported by advanced design programmes; we offer specialised consultancy services to define business strategies in the world of health; we supervise construction works of various dimensions; we design the environment and signage of spaces in health architecture; we collaborate in the development of first class facilities for the welfare of their users.
