PINE64 comes from the combination of two constant variables – Pi and Euler’s Number e and 64 comes from our 64-Bit computing power. The PINE64 A64 board starts at just $15 for a base unit, capable of executing most basic applications such as Ubuntu Linux or Android OS (1GB+ Recommended). At just $15, we can create a full working computers with screen and keyboard and mouse for just under $50 to provide to individuals who need affordable computing. The PINE64 platform is fully open source. We provide you with a powerful single board computer – at an exceptional price. By being compatible with multiple open source softwares on the market, we’re able to build a community where the sky is the limit. Software applications include but not limited to Android 5.1, Ubuntu Linux, openHAB, OpenWRT, XBMC, and more.
