Pine Room Partners (PRP) principals have a diverse background across all major commercial real estate asset types and we understand that commercial real estate investing is not a one size fits all environment. Our goal is to provide investors with pre-screened middle market investments across all CRE categories (multifamily, industrial, retail, office and niche opportunities i.e. senior and student housing). Additionally, we will pursue all asset types. Each category and type provides different risk and return profiles that PRP constantly monitors in the marketplace. The PRP principals have a very conservative underwriting approach that is rooted first and foremost in preservation of capital then followed by profits. Transparency, communication and alignment of interest with our partners are driving factors of our platform. PRP constantly monitors market conditions across all asset types. Due to the cyclical nature of CRE, our goal is to leverage relationships with best-in-class sponsors capitalizing on opportunities as they arise. This strategy allows us to offer investors diverse, risk-adjusted investment opportunities. PRP is not a trend investment platform. We underwrite deals evaluating appropriate market economics in conjunction with demographic and supply/demand fundamentals.
