Pinch River Information

Pinch River is a fusion of my creativity and love of natural environments, resulting in unique hand-made products – Australian style for everyday living. Inspired by beauty, natural environments inform my design process with the starting point of my own back yard – the vast and diverse Australian landscape, where I am fortunate to have such an immense choice of subject matter to draw on from our native flora and fauna. Other design inspiration is drawn from my travels and from built environments as well, the latter of which, when done well can be a thing of beauty. Pinch River was created out of the desire to make products with integrity over trend, ensuring they will be an investment. It was created out of the love of the maker’s mark that is unique to handmade products and represents the slow movement of craftsmanship and an artisan approach to making. Pinch River is for those who love to fill their homes with beautiful, timeless pieces that not only enhance their lives but the lives of all the people who have helped make the products possible.
