When our doors opened for the first time in 2004 it was because we wanted to challenge the belief that burgers were bad. We were the David to the Goliath’s of the burger world, and we were fighting them with burgers that were both guilt-free and delicious.
Today we're proud to plate up healthy burgers made with love. It’s what makes our burgers the solution to fast food and not another alternative. We work with local farmers and artisans to secure the freshest ingredients and we're proud to serve RSPCA Approved chicken and free-range beef, lamb and eggs.
How we did it back then is how we still do it today, the Grill’d way, and what continues to make our burgers so special is not only the ingredients. It’s our people. The Grill’d team. They are the heart and soul of Grill’d. Without them, there is no us.
The reason we get up every morning and put on our bandanas is not just to cook delicious healthy burgers. It's to open our doors to our guests - the extended Grill'd family - and create a positive environment that offers inclusivity, mateship, and community.

The Meat Room specialises in lamb, beef and pork and is the ideal solution for a producer who has smaller quantities of stock. In 2013 we built a PrimeSafe certified meat room on location in Kilmore East for the purpose of delivering a much needed service to local producers. We provide bespoke butcher services to meet your needs, wether you are selling at farmers markets, wholesale, restaurants, direct to customers or it's just for yourself. Many of our customers appreciate the fact that we don't have a retail shop front which means we can focus on your specific needs and guide you through the process with our 20 years' experience. We can provide insight on pricing, packaging and presentation. We have a range of options to suit a variety of needs. Whether it's vacuum sealed, labelled, weighed and priced to specifications we will work within your budget and tailor a solution for you. Please call us or make an appointment with the friendly team at The Meat Room. Due to our booking schedule we will need a minimum 5 days advance booking to take delivery of your product.
Charlies in store Cafe serves rolls, coffee, gelati, Italian granita, juices, sandwiches and foccacia toasted, cakes and Chalries homemade pasta meals.Many of our customers travel from far and wide for a traditional Charlie's continental roll.
