Casa Grande is located in Central Arizona, about halfway between Phoenix and Tucson, at the junction of Interstates 10 and 8. Our population is about 56,000, but we are a trade and employment center for a much larger area population. Many factors, including our location, have resulted in solid, balanced growth over the past 20 years, with a good mix of residential, industrial and retail development. Further expansion of a new electric auto manufacturing plant is underway and is evidence of the growth ahead for the community. In spite of our growth, Casa Grande still offers the advantages of a rural lifestyle and yet our proximity to the Phoenix-Tucson metropolitan areas offers access to big-city amenities. Housing is affordable and the general quality of life here is outstanding.
