PIM Smart was conceived through the Knowledge Transfer Partnership [KTP] between South West College and Roofscape Ltd. as a design and information modelling service to underpin Roofscape's roofing and cladding services. The skills and experiences we have developed through Roofscape projects have opened PIM Smart to new opportunities within the construction industry and, as such, we are now in a position to offer a Project Information Modelling service to the wider industry for both private and public sector projects, helping aid better, collaborative design and construction.
