We support people from all walks of life, including children, adults, refugees, asylum seekers, international students, migrants, and their spouses, offering a range of specialist mental health programs and offer NDIS services that promote emotional and social wellbeing and reduce the risk of mental illness.

We are an Australian fast food business with a difference - we provide our customers with healthier eating choices and are recognized throughout the fast food industry as a leader in providing great tasting, healthy food. We know we have it right when our customers keep coming back for our food. Each week almost 40,000 people buy our delicious sandwiches, salads and juices because we deliver on our brand promise of "real food, real fast". Our brand, like all great brands, also has an inspiring story. In 1994 by Katherine Sampson had a vision of bringing fast, healthy food to Australians. Over 10 years Katherine grew the business into 4 stores in Melbourne. In 2004 the business started franchising and Katherine’s unique blend of fast, fresh and fun food was made available to thousands across the eastern seaboard. In 2009 the Dymocks Group, arguably Australia’s most iconic franchisor, acquired Healthy Habits. The Dymocks Group is a 130 year old group which also owns businesses such as Dymocks Books, Arapala Farms, Paton’s and Dymocks Properties. Healthy Habits was a perfect fit – it was a young business with significant growth prospects and a family culture. Healthy Habits already has 28 stores throughout Australia, in Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and ACT, and New Zealand. Over the next few years we aim meet the growing demand for food that is both healthy and delicious by expanding the network wherever there may be a demand for great tasting, healthy food.
