PILLAR AUTOMOTIVE is located in Boardman, Ohio. We are an ownership group that operates import and domestic dealerships. We focus and specialize in employee advancement and training. We like to promote within when possible and provide opportunities for our dedicated employee's to soar with their career's from our Sales, Service, & Accounting Departments. We offer many employee perks that include, but are not limited too: - Affordable healthcare coverage with a 100% employer funded HRA Mastercard to assist in off-setting medical costs. - Quarterly employee luncheons for each location, along with an Employee of the Quarter that is nominated by their peers and received $500 in cash. - Bi-Annual Service Department contests that result in a destination trip for the winner(s). This year we are sending 7 of our employee's along with their plus 1 to an all expense paid trip to Fountainebleau in Miami Beach, Florida for a 3 day weekend. We are also giving each employee $1000 in spending cash. - We have a very competitive wage scale that is above market analysis for our area. - We are dedicated and have a very hands on corporate office team that is dedicated to our employee's - We do quarterly attendance bonuses, and Christmas bonuses for the Sales team where they earn $10-$20 depending on their length of service with our company for every vehicle sold through out the year. - We do retention bonuses for our service department that is paid out twice a year and they earn $0.50 for every hour flagged.
