Piled Information

Piled is a 5G-enabled field data collection and mapping platform for utility-scale solar pile installation. Piled assigns each pile a GPS location in a real-time interactive map, captures pile installation data at the point of install, and updates pile status in real time. The system supports foundation QA/QC by recording installation results, flagging out-of-spec piles, and providing a clear record for review and rework assignment. Piled is used by operators, project managers, engineers, EPCs, and owners to track progress, verify installation quality, and manage rework when required—replacing paper logs and spreadsheets on active solar sites.
