We offer a range of services including : Timber piling - Sheet piling - Driven Preformed piles of Timber, Steel, Concrete, Railway Line and Composite and also Grout Injected Piles. We are a well-equipped and cost effective contractor. Professionally installed and guaranteed foundations are our everyday business. Piled Foundations was established in 1993 by Peter Griffin under the name Peter Griffin Minipiles Pty Ltd in order to service the building industry in the area of low to medium capacity piled foundations. Peter Griffin has accumulated over 30 years experience in the piled foundation industry, firstly as leading hand supervisor for 7 years and then 13 years as construction supervisor responsible for both major and minor piling projects. Jeff Bentley joined the company in 1999. Jeff had previously been the General Manager of a large foundation contractor for 5 years and prior to that was special projects manager for various piling projects throughout Australia for some 11 years. Following Peter's recent retirement both companies are now owned and directed by Jeff Bentley. Since 1999 the company experienced a period of expansion and as part of our mission to provide clients with professional and efficient service we embarked on a change to our corporate identity. The company name was changed to Piled Foundations Pty Ltd in August 2000. As later acquired plant and equipment allowed us to install larger piles with medium to high capacity and therefore we felt the name change appropriate. We own and operate a number of modern hydraulic track based machines equipped with state of the art hydraulically controlled hammers. Our Staff are experienced in the foundation industry and well trained in the tasks they undertake. They take great pride in performing their work to the best quality possible and to excellent standards.
