Engineering-Led Ultrasonic Transducer Development We are an engineering-focused developer and manufacturer of ultrasonic transducers for the medical industry. Piezo Technologies is ISO 13485 certified, following Quality Management Systems (QMS) for the medical device industry. Our industry-leading piezoelectric ceramics, combined with our transducer engineering, and scalable global manufacturing enables reliable, application specific ultrasonic solutions for medical OEM systems. Our engineering team works with you to understand system requirements and support development through production. Performance Begins at the Material Level Our in-house piezoceramic formulation directly influences electromechanical coupling, frequency response, and high-drive stability. By controlling material properties internally, we optimize finished transducer performance for medical ultrasound applications and OEM system integration. Material control at the ceramic level enables more precise tuning of frequency response and output performance in the finished transducer. All ceramics and transducers are developed as custom solutions. Our vast experience with past projects provides a proven foundation for developing custom transducers. This reduces cost and turnaround time, while still providing a unique, fit-for-purpose solution. Engineering development and ceramic production are led from our U.S. facility, supported by a global manufacturing footprint capable of scaling medical ultrasound programs from early feasibility through commercial production.
