(P-SEC), headquartered in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, provides professional engineering and inspection services for communication and broadcast towers in Canada and the United States. P-SEC’s licensed professional engineering staff is fully qualified in: •Inspections (audits, mappings, maintenance, lighting and post-construction); •Tower, Mount and Foundation Design; •Tower and Mount Structural Analyses to standards CSA S37 and ANSI/TIA/EIA 222; •Reinforcement/Modification Design; •Rigging Plan reviews; •A/E Drawings; •CTD Drawings; and •Construction Installation Drawings. P-SEC’s management each have over 20 years of professional engineering experience in design, structural analysis, design of complex yet field-friendly reinforcement solutions, maintenance and acceptance inspections. The core backgrounds of the owners include experience from both consulting and manufacturing. P-SEC's management is actively engaged in the governing tower standards in Canada and the United States. We serve on both the CSA Committee for S37 and TR 14 Committee for ANSI/TIA/EIA 222. P-SEC places great emphasis on safety and training for staff including certifications for Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue training, RF Awareness, Wilderness Training, Defensive Driving and First Aid. P-SEC is actively engaged in both STAC and NATE. P-SEC is registered with the Workers’ Safety and Insurance Board in Ontario and carries Professional and Commercial General Liability Insurances in Canada and the United States.
