Piece O' Cake LLC Information

ere at A Piece O' Cake, we are truly a family business. Originally located in Portland, we relocated our business to East Lansing in 2001. My husband Stan does almost all of the baking, and frosting making, and I do all of the decorating work. I also meet and consult with brides and other customers who truly want a unique edible work of art. We deliver and set up most of the wedding cakes together, and we are really proud of what we have built, including our solid reputation. I belong to the International Cake Exploration Society (ICES), and through them I'm able to keep my skills sharp, and learn the most up-to-date techniques for beautiful sugar art flowers and trims. We love what we do, and it shows in our finished product. Feel free to call us, we love a good challenge and you won't be dissapointed!
