At Picture Progress, we’re helping every child read with confidence. We design structured literacy resources and provide training that make it possible for teachers, support staff, and parents to deliver effective, evidence-based reading instruction to neurodivergent children. Our Reading Skills workbook series is built around the Picturing Method — an evidence-based, multisensory approach that works with dyslexic thinking. Each workbook is carefully designed with dyslexia-friendly fonts, clear structure, and scaffolding to support decoding, spelling, and comprehension. The series takes learners from early phonics through to reading fluency, providing a complete literacy pathway that can be used in both school and home settings. For schools and local authorities, our reading intervention materials make it easy to deliver high-quality literacy support, even in settings with limited specialist staff. Non-qualified teaching assistants can use the programme confidently thanks to easy-to-follow activities, clear lesson structures and built-in guidance. Alongside our core resources, we provide training and workshops for schools, multi-academy trusts, and education teams — focusing on practical strategies for supporting dyslexic and neurodivergent learners. For parents, we offer 1:1 Support Sessions, helping families understand dyslexia and learn simple, effective techniques to build reading confidence at home. Our mission is simple: to bridge the gap between need and access, giving every child, teacher, and parent the tools to make progress possible.
