PicoSol supports solar energy projects in Developing Countries. One and half billion of people do not have access to electrical power. For the development of the rural areas this is an important barrier. Electricity from sunlight is clean and sustainable energy. Supply of sunlight is best at places where most of the people live without electricity: in the rural areas of developing countries. Our vision is that the introduction of solar panels will contribute to a more interesting country life. Rural people will get access to the "luxuries of the city" if they generate their own electricity.
