Pico Parts is a manufacturer of small precision products from wide selection of materials, with emphasis on special metals. Our main specialty is technical Ceramics and Tungsten Carbide parts, made with cold pressing, injection molding, extrusion, and sintering technologies. Our experience of over 25 years with the materials and technologies, and the innovative thinking of our staff, allows us to meet even the most intricate and illusive technical challenges. We use a wide range of technologies such as Powder metallurgy, Laser cutting, vacuum brazing, welding, precision dimensional grinding to very tight tolerances, Lapping, etc. We use a wide variety of powders, and control the whole manufacturing process in house. Pico Parts works with other ferrous and non-ferrous materials such as Titanium, Kovar, Glass, Different Steels, Nitinol, Etc. Pico Parts is a sub-contractor, serving customers in a variety of industries such as Aerospace, Flow Control, Pressure Washers, Painting, Medical, Precision measuring equipment, Defense, Micro-Electronics, Printing, etc. Our capabilities allow us to go even to very low volumes in developmental series, along with full-scale production volumes for leading market companies.
