Selkirk Sport is the leading manufacturer of pickleball paddles and equipment. Brothers Mike and Rob Barnes, along with their father Jim, founded Selkirk Sport with the mission to redefine the way the world views pickleball. Since its founding in 2014, Selkirk has grown from an upstart with 10 employees to an energetic outfit with more than 100 team members. Throughout that growth, Selkirk has revolutionized more than 15 made-in-the-USA paddles, and added more than 100 athletes to its professional lineup. Backed by the philosophy of always pushing the limits, Selkirk Sport is committed to manufacturing products that deliver the highest performance with unmatched quality and service. Selkirk is headquartered in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, overlooking the Selkirk Mountains from which the company derives its name.

Pickle-Ball, Inc. was founded in 1972 by the McCallum family who were the co-inventors of Pickleball back in 1965. In the 1970's as Pickleball grew from a vacation home backyard game to a real sport played throughout the United States, our founders decided to create a company to handle the design, manufacturing, and distribution of Pickleball paddles, balls, nets, and more. That company is now known as Pickle-ball, Inc.

The USA Pickleball Association, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2005, serves as the official governing body for pickleball in the United States. Dedicated to advancing the sport nationwide, USA Pickleball oversees the official rules, manages player ratings, and fosters growth through a robust network of over 1,800 ambassadors. The organization also sanctions tournaments, ensuring high standards of play across the country. Since 2013, USA Pickleball has experienced a remarkable 1,250% increase in membership, now exceeding 57,000 members.
