Pickacab Information

"Pickacab" is a globally scaleable, smart-phone based application that easily connects consumers with nearby taxis and vice versa. The solution is a "location aware" real-time website (pickacab.com) which allows consumers to pick nearby taxis on a map and initiate contact with them (phone, instant-messaging, VoIP etc.). From the taxi point of view, they are notified when a consumer has selected them and once they agree to accept the fare they are shown the location of the consumer and contact information is exchanged.
